In our community, a customer role grants you access to a variety of exclusive activities unavailable to others. Below, we provide a brief guide with common questions and answers to help resolve any issues you might encounter during the role claim and asset verification process.

I'm a customer developer and I need roles

If you are a customer developer, you may need to create a ticket with your customer partner to receive your roles.

The Discord Bot is not giving me my customer roles

This may happen for various reasons, the primary one being that the asset is not entirely yours and has been transferred between accounts, which does not include customer roles.

If you are a customer unable to claim your roles, please use the ticket system. We will provide the support appropriate to your specific case.

How do I get my roles?

Obtaining roles is very straightforward. In our community, we have a channel called #claim, which allows you to claim roles using our Tebex bot.

Please note that if you are not the original buyer of the asset, meaning if you purchased it from a third party, you will not be able to claim this role. Buying and selling assets is not permitted in many stores or communities, including the Yoda Things Store.
